What counts as an assessment?+
Any time you run one of GuardMe's tools — Upload Safety Check, Governance Advisor, Use Case Evaluator, Policy Generator, or Compliance Checker — that's one assessment. Free includes 5 assessments per calendar month, resetting on the 1st.
Do you store my documents?+
No. Uploaded files are parsed in memory on our servers to extract text for AI analysis, then immediately discarded. Only the structured assessment result is saved to your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
For now, all upgrades are handled by email. We'll send you a secure payment link or bank transfer details. We accept USD, SGD, and INR for Singapore and India customers.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Email us to cancel — your plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then you drop back to the Free tier with your data intact.
Do you support DPDPA (India) or GDPR?+
PDPA Singapore is live today. DPDPA India and EU GDPR are on our near-term roadmap and available on Enterprise plans by request.
